By using WaC Connect ("the service", @wac_connect_bot), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

WaC Connect provides private network connection (VPN-equivalent) services on a subscription basis, operated entirely by AI via the @wac_connect_bot Telegram bot. No human operators are involved in the standard service flow.

A full refund is available within 14 days of your subscription start date. To request a refund, use the refund button in the bot or contact support. After 14 days, refunds are not available except at our sole discretion.

5. Service Availability

We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned or emergency maintenance may cause temporary outages. Service credits are not provided for downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
